    We never ask for, or store any of your financial information. We provide our bank account and sort code details to our customers with instructions to make any payments to us by bank transfer.

    When you become our customer, the following information is stored by us to enable us to administer and maintain your account:
    First name and last name, Company name, VAT registration number, Address, Telephone and mobile, Email address

    GRS MTD Bridge
    During the operation of GRS MTD Bridge, the following information is stored locally on your PC/laptop:

  • Stored by default in C:\GRSMTDBridge\Settings.DBF - Company name, VAT registration number, Access token, Refresh token, Client ID, Location of Pegasus Opera data
  • Stored by default in C:\GRSMTDBridge\Liabilities.DBF - VAT Liability information retreived from HMRC for reference purposes
  • Stored by default in C:\GRSMTDBridge\Obligations.DBF - VAT Obligation information retreived from HMRC for reference purposes
  • Stored by default in C:\GRSMTDBridge\Payments.DBF - VAT Payment information retreived from HMRC for reference purposes
  • Stored by default in C:\GRSMTDBridge\Submission.DBF - VAT Submission information retreived from HMRC for reference purposes

  • Remote data
    During the operation of the GRSMTDBridge software all data is passed directly from your local PC/laptop to HMRC, and when requested, directly back from HMRC to your PC/laptop. At no time does any information arrive at or pass through Grand Retail Solutions Ltd during software operation.
